Hi,

it could be possible if you put a query equal to the specific document. 
Unfortunately, such a solution has many drawbacks (performance, quality 
etc.). AFAIK a student of our faculty is porting M-tree or PM-tree into 
egothor, and it could give you a better solution. It will be also used 
for image retrieval I guess. Just wait one year.
