[Egothor-tech] TWiki

Hello!

Unfortunately, TWiki will not be restarted, because there are some real 
issues with its latest code (security; compatibility with other 
packages). It may happen that a new Wiki system (egoWiki) will be 
written for egothor, on the other hand, it will not be available tomorrow.
