That's right, but none of the wiki engines supports 
I18N+ContentNegotiation+RCS and runs on an old PC. I also think that 
something with a good support for the academic environment should be 
finally developed (for instance with a support for TeX/MathML, several 
processes supporting research teams etc.)

If you wanted to host the wiki engine and you could import twiki's 
files, I would send you all the twiki files, no prob. Let me know.
