It is a bit hard to find, and I seem to have entered the changes to
the notes section as opposed to the changes section, also the
formatting is off.

The changes are up to 1.3.001 are:

* webapp env. vars added for tomcat 
* webapp classpath fixed for javadoc target
* izpack files included
* izpack optional entry removed 
* izpack-only target added to main build file
* native pdf support added (xpdf) for faster indexing
* Windows installer (NSIS)

The next release should be soon and will involve changes
to do with problems we had with building using java1.5 

These are all changes between 1.2.6 and 1.3.001
