Yes, it is possible. Use "Dumper" utility and search for
"<!VOLATILE>linksrank". For instance:

<!VOLATILE>linksrank 12 org.egothor.store.disc.RankFileIn
0 w=10 :
1 w=10 :
2 w=10 :
3 w=10 :
4 w=10 :
5 w=8 :
6 w=8 :
7 w=8 :
8 w=8 :
9 w=8 :
10 w=8 :
11 w=8 :

^^^ the output tells that the linksrank of documents no. 0-4 is set to 10.
