The new release offers better performance and better API. There are some 
incompatibilities between 1.2.6 and 2.x (some classes and interfaces 
were renamed, something was moved to "generics" style, etc.), but the 
config files are still the same.

The new public release would be available no sooner than I catch all 
bugs in the new robot. I just moved to a new wiki, so you can watch the 
progress on http://kocour.ms.mff.cuni.cz/~galambos/wiki/Robot, and the 
release would be ready as soon as the to-do block is empty ;-).
