[Egothor-tech] Egothor info

Dear Leo,
   
  We are trying to choose between Egothor and Lucene to use in our application. I have read that Egothor is very good at searching and indexing but no matter how hard I have tried I could not use the web application to search in the index ... ( Dynamizer is dirty ... the same error occurs) althought from ant I could index and search cuccessfully.
  Also I could not find a valuable way to search inside the forum lists.
  Another thing .... the search with only one document in the barrel does not find the document ... if I add the docuemnt twice then 2 hits are returned.
   
  Can you please provide some links to documentation, examples, forums where I can find enought information?
  Also could you provide the names of some application using it, or some arhitecture examples where Egothor was successfully used in large applications .. we intent to have 50 milions documents in it (not big documents ... just to use as a text search engine instead of using database)
   
  Otherwise this so called "excellent" search engine is with no value for me. I don't know how could the others manage with it.
