Append utility

The Append utility inserts a tanker to another. For instance, you have one index in /tmp/indexA, and the second one in /tmp/indexB/: 

java org.egothor.test.Append /tmp/indexA/ /tmp/indexB/

If the first tanker uses the Egothor dynamizer, you must add a prefix "-", i.e.: 

java org.egothor.test.Append -/tmp/indexA/ /tmp/indexB/

The product is saved in /tmp/indexB/.
