Deterministic reference operation issued by the adapter TCK runner.

The record is immutable and thread-safe. A reference operation is a vendor-neutral probe workload owned by the TCK runner, not by the adapter under test. The operation payload is safe diagnostic text and is not a raw application message, artifact, credential, or endpoint. Probe implementations execute the operation according to the selected semantic profile and return an AdapterReferenceOutcome; the runner independently verifies the observable digest before accepting a scenario pass.
