Annotation Interface ConfigValue

Injects one value from the safe application configuration view.

The annotation does not expose internal runtime configuration maps. Secret-like keys are redacted from diagnostics and status output. Missing required values fail activation with INVALID_ARGUMENT; optional values use defaultValue(). Managed primitive injection requires either a required value or a nonempty explicit default; no implicit zero/false default is assumed.
