Declares one finite POJO durable job entry for an explicitly installed trusted host backend. Claim, restore, checkpoint and completion use native ownership fences. This annotation does not make arbitrary external I/O exactly once and does not install a scheduler or grant authority. The managed profile requires one activation-scoped job entry per mutable component.
