Annotation Interface HealthCheck
Marks a no-argument method that reports component health.
The method should be fast, side-effect-free, and safe to call repeatedly.
Implementations should return a boolean, string, enum, or domain health
object whose toString() output is safe for status pages in the legacy utility profile.
The managed-v1 hosting profile instead requires a finite public, non-static, zero-argument
primitive-boolean method on an ACTIVATION component, invoked by a bounded host coordinator.
