Annotation Interface Idempotent
Marks a service method as safe to retry when runtime policy allows retry.
The annotation is descriptor metadata used by invocation, HA, and dedupe/retry policy integration points. It does not create a generic exactly-once guarantee, and it does not make a non-deterministic operation safe by itself. Application authors should apply it only when repeated execution with the same idempotency key is acceptable for their domain.
