Declares that a method handles messages protected by inbox duplicate suppression.

The managed adapter requires an actual owned JDBC transaction and an explicitly installed inbox policy. Marker and business SQL share that exact guarded Connection. This does not make unrelated external effects atomic, and annotation presence alone grants no backend capability.
