Annotation Interface Initialize
Marks a no-argument lifecycle method invoked before startup.
Lifecycle invokers run matching methods in deterministic name order and fail if a method declares parameters or JPMS access does not permit reflective invocation. Methods should avoid blocking I/O unless their activation contract documents a bounded deadline.
