Requests an application-scoped J7M capability such as a durable queue, coordination service, saga service, isolation provider, audit publisher, or metrics publisher.

The platform resolves resources by public API type and optional qualifier. It must never inject raw transport internals, mutable registry maps, or implementation-private runtime objects into application code.
