Admits an explicitly invoked activity only after acquiring its host-configured leadership lease. This annotation does not schedule work or promise that only one Java thread executes after a partition. Protected effects must use the current native fenced ownership context. Loss, unknown renewal, cancellation or the original deadline revokes that context; no automatic body replay.
