Acquires a host-configured durable lease before entering an actual managed invocation. An optional scalar ShardKey parameter selects a key within the host's authenticated tenant scope. Protection applies only to the ownership context's atomic native fenced sink; it does not fence arbitrary Java code, database statements, files or remote side effects. Method metadata overrides type defaults, and missing capabilities/profiles fail before construction.
