Declares void remote dispatch acknowledged only as LOCAL_ENQUEUED in the caller's finite local queue. Queue overflow rejects immediately; execution failures increment the runtime oneWay.failureCount diagnostic. Queue waiting consumes the original absolute deadline. Runtime shutdown can discard queued work; there is no remote acknowledgement, persistence, durable delivery or retry promise. Combining this annotation with Async or Retry is invalid in the managed calling profile.
