Declares a config-only deterministic POJO reducer registered as an actual partition resource. Public initial(), apply(State,Command) and query(State,Query) methods infer its concrete data contract. A trusted host profile supplies storage, peers, authentication and ownership authority. This annotation alone never starts a node or grants a remote export capability.
