Annotation Interface Qualifier
Marks a runtime-retained annotation as an exact managed dependency qualifier.
Its type and all member values, including defaults, participate in selection. This marker does
not register components or enable a Jakarta/CDI container. Generated indexes must register the
qualifier explicitly; unsupported compositions are rejected rather than scanned reflectively.
