Declares a canonical shard routing key without granting ownership authority. Managed lease guards support one scalar parameter with an empty value. A generated partition reducer may instead select a command record's stable decimal WireField identifier, through the registered generated schema accessor. Unsupported sites/extraction modes fail validation before construction; arbitrary reflection paths, expressions and implicit global ordering are not supported.
