Interface BindingAdmission

Functional Interface:
This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

Mandatory trusted-host candidate admission. It must check actual authorization/trust and readiness evidence without replacing the current principal or trusting self-declared metadata. Implementations must be bounded and thread-safe. The callee still enforces invocation security.
