public interface BindingCandidateSource

Host-owned finite candidate feed. Each observation is a full snapshot; revisions must increase across reconnect within the returned subscription. Source failures are explicit non-authoritative observations, never an invented successful empty registry. No caller authority is installed here.

Parameters:

request - exact service selection contract

policy - host-owned polling/deadline/capacity limits

observations - internal consumer of immutable snapshots

Returns:

closeable subscription, owned by the binding

Throws:

IllegalStateException - if source capacity is exhausted or the source is closed
