Managed J7M application lifecycle contract.

Implementations are instantiated by the application manager after bundle verification. Lifecycle failures are wrapped in the middleware error model by deployer implementations. Applications should release owned resources in stop(ApplicationContext) and make drain(ApplicationContext) idempotent.
