component - inspected implementation binary name

fullSignature - exact inspected location, including parameter position where relevant

annotationType - annotation binary name for capability diagnostics, or empty when unrelated

policyKind - policy namespace, or empty when unrelated

policyId - reserved safe identifier; currently empty so untrusted policy values cannot leak
