Minimal Phase 1 and Phase 2 demo.

The demo runs two runtimes in one JVM, exports one logical service through the default gRPC path and then through the legacy RMI path, passes a callback by remote reference, closes one instance, and demonstrates HA failover. It also shows Phase 2 multicast discovery, bootstrap fallback, and HP selection.
