StaticCache

public StaticCache()

Constructor for the StaticCache object. Capacity is set to default and resolver always returns null.

StaticCache

Constructor for the StaticCache object. Resolver always returns null.

capacity - capacity of the cache

Adds a new key-value mapping to the cache. If a mapping previously existed for the specified key, it is removed at first. If the cache is full, no new mapping is added.
