This class normalizes textual representations of URIs. All escaped hexa digits are written in an upper case, invalid characters are escaped and escaped characters are validated and transfered to valid characters if they are equal to a safe set of -_.!~*&(). Valid characters are: alphanum, reserved and unreserved characters as described in RFC.
