Annotation Interface NonIdempotent
Marks a service method as unsafe for automatic retry.
This annotation is descriptor metadata for validation and dispatch
policy. It should be used on methods whose side effects cannot safely be
repeated without explicit application compensation. A method must not be
annotated with both Idempotent and NonIdempotent; descriptor
validation rejects that combination.
